It is with great joy that we share with you the Clothing Day of Sr. Sacha Tovani. On July 11, 2009, the Feast of St. Benedict, Postulant Sr. Sacha received the Holy Habit of St. Dominic and the new name Sr. Therese Marie of the Crucified Lord. Present were members and friends of the Community, and most graciously, several family members of Sr. Therese who drove all the way from Massachusetts to celebrate this most happy and blessed day!

Sr. Anne, Prioress, asks Sr. Sacha does she wish to begin her Novitiate and as a pledge of earnestness receive the Holy Habit of St. Dominic.

With Sr. Sacha's positive Response she is clothed in the Holy Habit of St. Dominic by Sr. Anne and Sr. Martin, foundresses of the Community.

Clothed in the Holy Habit of St. Dominic, with each sacred vestment representing a particular aspect of the transcendence of being related to the religious life, Sr. Sacha receives her new name, Sr. Theresa Marie of the Crucified Lord.

Sr. Therese and Sr. Anne exchange a warm embrace.
Sr. Theresa Marie of the Crucified Lord greets her Grandmother Brenda, Cantor of the Mass, in her new Habit with her new Name.
